Bartlet thoughts on the world

BARTLET
We live in an interdependent world and we should act like it. We live in a global
community and we should sustain it. We should cross borders. We should cross borders
to build sustainable democracies that can banish privation and fear. And we should
cross borders to bring food and medicine and roads and schools and teachers to parts
of the world forgotten by all but the warlords. We're gonna pass this Foreign Ops
bill. This should be a century of hope and prosperity everywhere. And America is
going to lead the world and not just bully it. Thank you.

This comes from a West Wing (ep 4.12) which deals with foreign aid.
Which is great but that is done a few years back when the Internet was about but that it ain't gone to the second stage where we sit and talk and commucate with one another in such a way that the borders that we made back at the end of the first world war, the second and the end of the cold war. Do you think that the end of a war is the time to build nations and set the world up so that we don't go to war and try to kill everyone. (It didn't work well there)
We are fighting around the world against the people that want to destory the world and some whole want to control the world though the bible and others who just trying to live the world that is getting crazier and harder to live in.
Lets build that new world now before that world and that death, the death of a geneation and hell I apart of that geneation
